ARCH Represents PhD Student at Human Rights Tribunal

ARCH is representing Jason Tang, a PhD student with an acquired brain injury, in his discrimination claim against McMaster University. Mr. Tang alleges that McMaster University did not accommodate his disability when he was completing his graduate studies.

The hearing at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario starts tomorrow in Hamilton.
