ARCH launches an updated Disability Law Primer
ARCH Disability Law Centre has issued a revised edition of the Disability Law Primer. The Primer consists of 10 articles, available in both French and English. It offers introductory information on various areas of disability law, and is intended to increase the capacity of the legal profession to serve persons with disabilities. In recognition of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Primer was launched on December 3, 2013 at a Continuing Professional Development event hosted by the Ontario Bar Association.
The Primer is available at no cost. It is attached below in accessible PDF files. If you find them inaccessible, please let us know.
ARCH acknowledges with gratitude the generous assistance of Monica Ackermann, P.Eng. MA and Peter Wells, Partner, MacMillan LLP in formatting the Primer for our website.
